Samsung is undoubtedly a pioneer when it comes to making foldable devices. The Galaxy Z series’ commercial successes began with the fold, and it was later followed by its foldable phones. However, a new rumor suggests that Samsung is aiming at an entirely new market — tablets.

A new leak from Tipster Revegnus points to the first foldable tablet coming from Samsung later this year. It will likely follow the same moniker as the Galaxy Z and is expected to be called the Galaxy Z Tab. The hint also indicates that the new tablet will be launched alongside the more traditional Galaxy Tab S9, which is expected to launch alongside its foldable devices: Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5 in the third quarter of 2023.
