'Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny' trailer: Indy isn't ready to retire yet

Wireless

trailer for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny It may open with a retirement party for its titular hero (played by Harrison Ford), but the action-packed peek that follows shows Indy isn’t quite done with the adventure just yet.

Indiana is reunited with his daughter, Helena (Phoebe Waller-Bridge), who is searching for a mysterious artifact long sought by her father (Toby Jones) and Indy. The artifact in question is a disk that can alter history, so naturally, some bad guys – Nazis played by Mads Mikkelsen and Boyd Holbrooke – are also after it.

This latest trailer teases some of the main action sequences, including a daring plane escape, an Indiana Jones subway train race on horseback, and plenty of old-fashioned whip-cracking. Perhaps more intriguing are the quick glimpses we get in the film’s flashback scenes, in which we see a young Indiana Jones (a digitally amputee Ford) dueling with Nazis from years ago.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny Hits theaters June 30th.
