What is the CLX program?

CLX is a four-step learning program that helps aspiring learners and IT professionals build their skills on the latest topics in cloud services by providing learners with a mix of interactive, self-paced labs and virtual sessions led by Microsoft technical experts. CLX enables learners to reduce the time invested while increasing their learning through its unique design, which includes four steps:

  • Knowledge assessment test
  • Review course materials for Microsoft Learn
  • Virtual cram session
  • practice test

At the start of the programme, you will take a 20-question knowledge assessment to test your skills. Based on your results, you’ll receive course content tailored to your experience – so you can focus on only the information that’s useful to you. If you’re a cloud computing professional, for example, you don’t need to study topics on cloud computing basics, even if they are part of the course.

You’ll then delve deeper into online learning modules and interactive labs that reflect what you’ll experience in the professional world – helping you to learn efficiently and effectively. Interactive Labs are available upon request and can be used as many times as needed.

what happened after that?

After completing the interactive labs, you can choose to attend a virtual cram session led by Microsoft certified instructors who delve deeper into the course curriculum. You can use these sessions to ask any follow-up questions from the course content and get real-time assistance from Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs). To make sure you get the skills you need wherever you are, the two- to four-hour sessions are held regularly in three time zones – Australian Easter Summer Time (AEST), Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).

As a final step, you can choose to take an 80-question practice exam that takes nearly two hours and simulates the final Microsoft Azure certification exam, ensuring that you’re well-prepared to pass with ease.

Once you’ve completed your practice exam, you’ll receive your certificate of completion and a 50 percent rebate of the cost of your Microsoft Azure Certification exam — and you’ll have the skills to excel in the world of data and AI.
